  We shopped around for Quartzite for four weeks in three different states and could not find the perfect stone. Upon our last stop at Keystone Granite, we found the perfect counter-tops and the best price. Overall, Mustapha, Jennifer and their entire crew were unbelievable. In addition, they made one of the biggest islands possible in one slab and it came out fantastic. I would not recommend any other Granite & Tile shop.

  Frankly, I’m not one for writing reviews because most vendors do exactly what is expected of them. But occasionally a vendor stands out, one so customer-centric that a review is demanded. Such is Keystone.
  
  We purchased our granite there for a complete kitchen/bath remodel job.
  On our initial visit we met and worked with a woman named Tuba who showed us the most extensive granite collection (some could be works of art) we had ever seen and we had been everywhere in PA and DE. Lots and lots of choices.
  
  But what separates Keystone from the others is their staff. As we worked with Tuba, narrowing down our selection, bringing in cabinet, back splash, and floor samples and making what seemed like daily treks to Keystone (my wife likes to look at all the options), Tuba and Jennifer cared for us.
  
  They were patient and kind and gave us their time and attention and expertise generously. One example – we were considering two slabs on opposite sides of the warehouse – Tuba had them pulled so we could look at them side-by-side.
  
  Our plans called for installing an island (the centerpiece of the kitchen). Tuba has great design instincts and drew our attention to aspects of granite: color, function and design we had not considered. That’s the difference that impressed me. She never sold me a thing, never pressured us to make a decision or was frustrated with our many questions, design indecisions and starts and stops. In fact, quite the opposite. She helped us select the best granite for our kitchen and the results are stunning.
  
  Follow-up afterwards was wonderful. When she asked me how installation went I mentioned I did not like one of the granite seams – she immediately schedule her team who came and polished it up.
  The installation was well measured, the countertops fit perfectly and if I could give more than 5 stars I would.
  
  If you have the opportunity please meet the owner. He took the time to walk me through the warehouse and tell me where each slab was cut from, how buyers bid on stones and how the process works. I found it fascinating. I also took the time to visit the milling area where the slabs are transformed into beautiful counter-tops and to speak with some of the staff. You learn a lot about a company by speaking to the people in the back. The attitude of excellence is apparent. My father use to tell me always do more than you get paid for – Keystone did much, much, more!! I apologize for the length of this post but if one is to write a review, the information should be helpful.
